You are required to provide truthful information at the time of registration and to keep your account details current and accurate at all times. If any information changes — including your contact details or banking information — you must update your account promptly. beni55 shall not be held responsible for losses arising from outdated or incorrect account information provided by the Player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your beni55 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. beni55 will treat all activity conducted through your account as having been authorized by you. You may request the closure of your beni55 account at any time by contacting customer support. beni55 reserves the right to void any bet under the following circumstances:
Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the Player's account balance. Winnings are not paid on voided bets.

During this delay, odds may change or the market may be temporarily suspended. Your bet is only valid if confirmed and logged in your betting history.

Any bet that would result in a payout exceeding these limits will either be rejected or automatically scaled down to the permitted maximum at the time of placement.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which beni55 holds its international gaming license.
